Issam Shibly

Public Relations Executive

With over 7 years professional experience in Human Resources, Issam Shibly strives for excellence. Alongside gaining a bachelors degree in Business from Sudan University of Information & Technology in 2005 and a Diploma from Business Syrian Institute (2003). Issam has also completed several courses at E-Cornell USA; mainly based upon the management of people and training staff to stay 'focused on priorities'.

Working at the Crowne Plaza for almost three years as a personnel officer Issam has long since played the role between Upper Management and Junior staff. Since joining RMAL he has taken over management for staff accommodation of over 200 employees. Additionally Issam is responsible for handling critical government affairs and public relationships, training the HR, staff developing policies and procedures. Issam believes he can drive RMAL to become the best employer in the hotel industry market as he takes the performance of Human Recourses to the next level.
